NaturaLawn® of America Online Service Agreement

We wish to thank you for choosing NaturaLawn of America, the safer lawn care alternative. This service agreement outlines pertinent information about our service. You do not need to sign or return this agreement; it is a confirmation of your order for your records.

  1. OUR 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - "IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICE, WE WILL REAPPLY THE LAST TREATMENT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST AND CONTINUE THE ANNUAL PROGRAM, OR, IF PAID, WE WILL FULLY REFUND YOUR COST FOR THE PRIOR TREATMENT AND CANCEL ANY OBLIGATION FOR FUTURE SERVICE ON YOUR PART." To qualify for this guarantee, you must notify us in writing or by phone within 30 days of the treatment. Any refund under the guarantee is limited to the cost of one treatment ONLY. It does not include reimbursement for repairs caused by insect damage, disease, other outside damage or balances owed over 30 days.

  2. NaturaLawn of America provides Alternative® and Natural Alternative® organic-based lawn care programs as well as aeration and seeding, flea and tick control and other related services. This agreement covers the programs or services you selected on your online enrollment form.

  3. The NaturaLawn® of America program is a continuous service. The terms are effective throughout the current year and will automatically renew each year, subject to your right to cancel below.

  4. After the initial year of service, if NaturaLawn of America proposes to change its terms of service, including price, service plans, or billing options, we will provide you a notice in writing, subject to your right to cancel below. If you do nothing, the service will continue under the new terms.

  5. The program may be discontinued at any time. All notices of cancellation (telephone or correspondence) are effective 24 hours after receipt of the cancellation notice.

  6. Payment is due at time of service or in accordance with the billing terms you selected. A finance charge of 1.8% will be added to outstanding balances after 30 days from treatment date.

  7. Additional services may be offered to you from time to time. You will be notified of these services, but they will not be performed without your permission in advance.

  8. Any aspect of our service, as defined in company literature, may change without notice due to geographic or climatic conditions. You may request that we provide you with advance notice of a pesticide application.

  9. NaturaLawn of America reserves the right to refuse any request for service that is significantly misquoted. Should our onsite visit and lawn assessment identify a significant discrepancy in size or other factors, we will provide you with another offer.

  10. NaturaLawn of America maintains a full time service department. If at any time you have questions about our products, service or results, we urge you to call and request assistance.

  11. Unlike many service providers, NaturaLawn of America does not require a signed agreement, unless required by specific state law. This agreement is for you to keep for your records.
